  I have not had a good experience, I purchased the Catalina Relay, and was very excited. I have to say the product is good, but the experience overall was bad. It centred around 2 things to do with the electrics. The Relays takes 70Amps yet no one explained that this means you can't use the swim area and the spa area at the same time unless you turn everything else off in the house. When I asked why I wasn't told about this, I was told, well - you should know, everyone knows.
  Well - I didn't.
  The 2nd was on the same thing the 70amp requirement. Before I purchased I wet tested about 8 swimspas all over the country, and during that process, on asking for quotes, I was advised that the Relay needed 70 amps in an email when they quoted. After negotiating pricing, and purchasing I asked for the installation manual so that I could advise my electrician, and was sent the installation manual and a copy of the original quote with the 70amp requirement on the 2nd or 3rd page.
  I gave the installation manual to my builder, and everything was done, but not to 70 amps as the installation manual doesn't mention this.
  So partly my fault for not reading the old quote through after I bought, and assuming the installation manual would have everything on it my builder needed. But also I think a reflection on Catalina that they didn't highlight this, or add it manually to the installation manual.
  End result additional cost of £500 and a 2 day delay in using my swimspa, plus feeling let down by the entire process and poor communication.
